Adding new plans, and keeping current ones? Identify all of them in the BPA/Amendment.
Include membership changes OR let Processing know Open Enrollment isn’t closed yet.
Renewing without changes? There’s no need to submit a BPA/Amendment.
Submit renewal changes through Request Center.
